Chronic Fatigue

Getting through the day feels like wading through mud. You wake up tired, push through the afternoon slump, and collapse by evening with nothing left to give — even after what should have been enough sleep. Brain fog makes it hard to focus, simple tasks take more energy than they should, and the fatigue doesn't lift no matter how much you rest. It's isolating when friends and family don't quite understand why you can't just "push through it." Persistent, unexplained exhaustion is real, and it deserves a plan that supports your body at the cellular level.
